A weather-proof walk-in access area made of ISO panels is designed to maintain a bio-secure environment. It is equipped with a Care Disinfectant Shoe Bathmat, Coat Hanging Area, Walkthrough Boot Disinfection System, and a Manual Sanitizer Dispenser.
The walk-in building is constructed with high-density injected polyurethane perimeter wall panels, high-density injected polyurethane IBR roof panels, and ISO hinged lockable doors, providing a secure and insulated environment.
The Automated Inverter HVAC system is specifically designed to meet the growth chambers’ precise requirements for air humidity, air quality, airflow, air temperature, and CO2 diffusion needs. Special Perforated Grilles ensure uniform horizontal air movement over all plants in a vertical racking setup. The Air Supply system is fully controlled and managed by the RADBIO dynamic AI System through a built-in APP user interface.
An automated CO2 dosing system adjusts the carbon dioxide (CO2) levels within the growth chamber to create an optimal environment for crop growth and maximise yields. The CO2 is efficiently distributed throughout the chamber using a well-designed air diffusion system. The system utilises liquid CO2 from CO2 tanks and is fully controlled and managed by the RADBIO dynamic AI System through the built-in APP user interface.
The automated Fertigation Dosing system operates pressure-compensated drip fertigation systems, delivering nutrient solutions to the root zone of the plants grown in media-filled pots or bags. It precisely doses nutrient stock solutions and pH correctors to predetermined set points and can operate solenoid valves to distribute the nutrient solution to multiple zones based on environmental triggers. The system is fully controlled and managed by the dynamic AI System through the built-in APP user interface.
An automated internal water reticulation system is equipped with pumps, filters, valves, fusion-welded piping, pressure-compensated drippers, irrigation controllers, misters, solenoid valves, water tanks, UV water sanitation applications and more.
The water reticulation system ensures efficient water distribution throughout the chamber and is fully controlled and managed by the dynamic AI System through the built-in APP user interface.
Medical-grade and surgical stainless-steel racks and shelving with stainless-steel grids, drop-over beams, welded frames with levellers, side beams, and roof support extensions for ceiling support.
Included in the high-spec LED Grow Lights is a complete, adjustable, research-grade ecosystem especially made for the cultivation of an extended variety of exotic and medicinal plant species.
The patented Artificial Intelligence (AI) control system protects your crops from harmful pests with advanced algorithms and our GMP technology.
The AI control system uses algorithms to optimise your crop in different environmental conditions.
